1. What this site is
This site takes requests for AES export filing. Submitting the form is a request for a quote. It does not create a contract, it does not file anything, and no payment is taken on this site.
2. What we do once you engage us
If we confirm we can act for your shipment, we file Electronic Export Information in AES as your authorized agent, under a written power of attorney, and return the ITN. The scope is the export declaration and nothing beyond it.
3. What we are not
We are not a licensed customs broker and we do not provide import clearance, tariff classification, or legal advice on export controls. Filings involving licensed commodities are outside what we take on.
4. Your data has to be right
We file what you give us. You are responsible for the accuracy of the VIN, the title, the value and the parties. If a filing is rejected or amended because of an error on our side we correct it at no charge and refund you if it cannot be corrected. We are not liable for penalties arising from information you supplied incorrectly.
5. Deadlines
Used vehicle exports have to be filed and presented to CBP 72 hours before export. We will tell you if a requested date does not leave enough time. Meeting the deadline depends on receiving complete data in time.
