When you send a quote request we collect your name, email address, and the shipment details you type into the form. There are no accounts on this site, so there is nothing else to collect. We do not take payment here.

2. What we do with it

We use these details to answer your request and, if you go ahead, to prepare the export filing. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

3. Where it is stored

Quote requests are stored on servers in the European Union. Analytics are collected in aggregate and are hosted in the European Union as well.

4. Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will action it.

5. Who else sees it

• PostgreSQL, our database, hosted in the European Union
• Cloudflare, which serves this site
• OpenPanel, for aggregate usage analytics, hosted on our own server in the European Union
