Send us the VIN, the title and the buyer details. We file the EEI in AES and send you back the ITN. You do not need an ACE account and you do not need to read the Foreign Trade Regulations.

How it works

You send the details
VIN, title, buyer, port of export and the date it leaves. If you are missing something, we will tell you what we need.

We check and file
We review the data against what AES expects, then file the EEI as your authorized agent under a power of attorney.

You get the ITN
The ITN comes back by email with the filing details, ready to hand to CBP and your carrier.
Why people hand this off
- Used vehicles have to be filed and presented to CBP 72 hours before export. Miss the window and the car waits.
- Most freight forwarders will quote you on the shipping and leave the export declaration to you. Vehicles are the part they tend not to touch.
- A wrong VIN or a mismatched title is not a typo you find out about by email. You find out at the border.

If we get it wrong, we fix it
A filing rejected because of something on our side gets refiled at no charge. If we cannot fix it, you get your money back. We would rather lose the fee than have you find out at the border.
